We offer up to 5 cars per unit and all overflow vehicles must be registered and parked in the overflow parking lots at the Resort. No parking on the grass or the sidewalks. You will be ticketed if you park overnight on the streets. We take our parking seriously and offer great service and security to our guests and homeowners by monitoring daily.
Renting a home at Windsor Hills– All homes are individually managed, most by a vacation home management companies and some privately by the homeowners. All homes are asked to follow the same procedure of pre-registering guests + visitors prior to arrival.
- All homes are beautifully decorated and maintained.
- Windsor Hills Community has an excellent reputation of 5 stars and works hard at maintaining our status in the Vacation Rental World. Occasionally the homes are double booked and we offer overflow booking options with homeowners who submit “open weeks” for homes in the event of double bookings.
- Get to know your homeowner and management company…know the emergency procedure in the event of a hurricane or natural inclement emergency. Ask where the emergency supplies are located if weather is getting dicey.
- Your homeowner goes to a great length to insure your vacation is comfortable and well supplied. Take the time to write a guest comment as our homeowners depend on comments for future guests. Let us know at the office via our website or in person so we can post your comments as well.
“We Loved our stay at Windsor Hills and especially the Lagoon Pool. We stayed 5 nights and our home was perfect! The kids were in the pool or playing soccer on the back lawn. It was a great time! Thank you” Alex S. – Nashville, TN
